![]() ![]() You could tackle the three gangs in any order you wanted and because of that it didn't feel like such a linear experience. It felt like a real competitor to GTA with its own personal spin. The tone was a much more serious and occasionally light hearted silliness instead of the over the top cartoon like craziness. Now this was on console anyways so I'm not sure about how the PC port handled customization in later games, but in console it was a lil strict lol. Yeah they didn't have as much options when it came to voices, hair, etc., but the sliders weren't limited to a 2-5-10 point scale and could be more detailed about customization. ![]() SR4 was pretty fun, but I can put a few reasons below as to why people preferred SR2Ĭharacter customization was much more in depth.
